Even better, check in with them and ask RUOK?
4. Spring Clean…

To help you make a start, choose one room, be it your bedroom, living room, lounge or even your pantry, and then take it from there!
5. Finding Meaning and Purpose
Here at Act-Belong-Commit, finding meaning and purpose in life is one of our motto’s.
At first, this can seem a little overwhelming. It might take some soul searching, trial and error, and time; but finding meaning and purpose is an important step in creating a mentally healthy life.
So start small and work your way up. People often find meaning from the simple things such as work, volunteering, learning a new skill or embarking on a challenge.
Now It’s Time to Make a Pledge!
Taking care of yourself should be a priority, and to stop it from being so overwhelming, start small by making a pledge online. And so you don’t forget, we will send you an email with your pledge and a reminder in a month to check in with how you’re doing.
