Life is big.

Better mental health doesn't just happen, you can build it.

Campaign background

The For Better Mental Health campaign encourages people to take simple, everyday actions to support and protect their mental wellbeing.

Guided by the Act Belong Commit pillars, people can stay active mentally and physically, connect with others, and take part in meaningful activities – together, these actions can make a difference to our mental wellbeing.

The campaign recognises economic, cultural, and accessibility barriers, and highlights many ways for everyone to take charge of their wellbeing, supporting healthier, more connected communities across Western Australia.

Thanks to the talent

This campaign features wonderful people from our Partnership Program – footy players Ben, Troy and Tomsie from High Wycombe Football Club; gardeners Tam, Simon, Sandy and Ellen from Padbury Community Gardens; board game enthusiasts Kylie, Bonnie, Mason and Matty from Meeples, Decks and Dice; and the crew from Waterwheel Community Shed – Garry, Henry and Ian. We’re also grateful to our resident team from Mindful Movement and Deadly Minds – Charlene, Tash, Harrison, Jasmyne and Carol. Together, they’ve shown how the Act Belong Commit pillars make a real difference in people’s lives. Thank you all – you are amazing!
