Curtin University has been awarded $1.1 million from Healthway to continue the Act Belong Commit mental health promotion campaign for the next two years.

Act Belong Commit has been running since 2008 and partners with more than 400 organisations to encourage Western Australians to take action to improve their mental wellbeing through a wide range of activities.

The Partnership Program and Mentally Healthy Schools Program are key components of Act Belong Commit. Recently the Mindful Movement Education Program has also been introduced, previously delivered by health promotion charity Yogazeit.
