About this activity...
Sing Move Regulate is a program that uses evidence-based resources to deliver mindfulness strategies to children.
Within the safety of a song circle we use instruments to explore rhythm, tempo, and the impact of sound. Movement is introduced and linked to 'engine speeds' to support children as they begin to learn more about their bodies and what signals to expect when we experience different emotions.
Our program is followed by positive growth mindset stories, muscle relaxation, Body Detectives experience and art and craft session to finish.
