Presented by zero2hero, this hands-on school excursion brings hundreds of high school students & educators together on Tuesday 18 August 2026.

Hear from inspiring speakers sharing powerful stories and practical tools for wellbeing, resilience, and supporting others.

With interactive breakout sessions — from interactive panels to yoga, hip-hop and more — it’s a day designed to educate and equip young people to positive maintain their mental health and support their friends and communities.
