Bunbury Laughter Club invites anyone who enjoys laughing to participate in regular Laughter Yoga sessions. Laughter Yoga is a mild aerobic exercise which combines laughter games, hand clapping, vocal chants and deep yogic breathing. Laughter is the best medicine to reduce stress, boost mood and to provide social connection. Laughing in a group of people is contagious and fun!
Casual attendance is welcome. No level of fitness required. Session is conducted seated or standing, no yoga mats required. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
