Every Ability Laughter Yoga - Mirrabooka

Laughter Yoga is a simple series of breathing, movement and play exercises designed to improve health and wellbeing. It is simple, fun and amazzzingly good for you. Come join us for all of the fun.



When: 10:30am to 11:30am every Tuesday
Where: Herb Graham Recreation Centre “Billabong Room”, 38 Ashbury Crescent Mirrabooka
Cost: $5 per person
Suitability: This session is inclusive and open to everyone. It is designed for all ages and ability levels.
