Foundations Fitness

Foundations is a 1 hour exercise class scheduled twice weekly where you will learn all you need to know on how to work out at home, in the park or on the go with minimal equipment. These hour classes will give you both knowledge about exercises and a great workout

Locations:
Where: Hainsworth Centre - Hainsworth Ave, Girrawheen
When: Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30am to 11:30am
Cost: $3.50 per session // Creche available for $2.30 per child, per session

Where: Phil Renkin Recreation Centre - Lisford Ave, Two Rocks
When: Tuesdays and Fridays 9:30am to 10:30am
Cost: $3.50 per session // Creche available for $2.30 per child, per session
