Linking Together Carer Group - South West

Are you looking after a family member or friend with disability, mental illness, chronic condition, terminal illness, an alcohol or other drug issue, or who is frail aged?

If yes, then Carers WA would like to invite you to join our new 'Linking Together' Social Support Group in Augusta. The Linking Together program hosts monthly events in rural and metro areas to encourage new and existing carers to become more involved within their local community and take a break from their caring role. It also allows carers to share information, develop friendships and potential local support networks, and the opportunity to go on and establish their own groups.
