A, B, Chi: Chi Ball Classes

ChiBall is like Tai Chi - but with a twist! The "Energy Moves" class is a holistic "mind and body" well-being program.

It combines the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), colour-therapy, aromatherapy and relaxing music with the movements of Tai Chi Qigong.

The gentle, and simple, exercises are practiced with a variety of coloured ChiBalls, which have each been infused with a matching essential oil to restore balance and promote healing.

When: Wednesday 8:30am Jindalee, Friday 9:00am Jindowie, Saturday 8:00am Butler Community Centre (see website for detailed addresses)
Commencing 11th October
Locations: Jindalee, Jindowie, Butler Community Centre
Cost: First Class is Free! ($10.00 per class - 45 mins).
Contact: abchi@iinet.net.au or www.abchi.com.au for more information.
