About this activity...

The workshop is highly practical and evidence-based, combining teaching, discussion, and role-play practice so you can build skills that make a real difference.
Over two days, this interactive training will equip you with practical tools to recognise when someone may be having thoughts of suicide, engage them in direct and open conversations, and create a safety plan that supports life.
Whether you’re a community member, frontline worker, volunteer, or simply someone who wants to be better prepared to help others, ASIST empowers you to step in when it matters most.
