This event is for NDSS registrants who are living with type 2 diabetes.

Are you tired of being told what you 'should' be doing but it doesn't fit with what you can do? Are you feeling confused or overwhelmed, wondering how it all fits together for you?

Our interactive workshops give you and other members of the group a welcoming space to participate in hands on activities and learn from each other. People living with diabetes, talking about diabetes. You'll be able to add to what you already know and learn from other people’s experiences.
