About this activity...
Do you knit crochet, weave or sew? We make scarves, beanies, mittens, socks, gloves, knee-rugs/blankets and “fidget” items, to donate to local homeless and aged care facilities. We meet regularly to share ideas and chats and add donated fidget items and yarn to the “Yarnie bank”, or collect a share of materials from the “bank”, to take home for new projects and generally spend a fun hour or two, with friends who have.
You do not have to be the best needle-crafter in town!
We gratefully accept unwanted wool/yarn, fabric and haberdashery and will collect (Northern suburbs)
