Come along to this FREE 8 week chair yoga program. A fun and gentle way to achieve great health results including increasing flexibility and reducing stress.
About this activity...
Each Friday afternoon you will be joined by accredited yoga instructor Diane Jones who will take you through one hour of chair yoga.
Yoga has been shown to increase strength and balance, and to help reduce the risk of falls. Chair yoga uses a chair for stability to achieve yoga poses whilst having the same health benefits. Chair yoga is a fun and gentle way to achieve great health results including increasing flexibility and reducing stress.
Places are limited and registrations are essential. Due to the popularity of this program, this program is open to City of Armadale residents only.
