About this activity...

Freediving training courses for complete beginners of all ages from 12 & up. The skills learned support mental health maintenance and include mindfulness, and safety awareness.

We also offer boat charters for ocean freediving, community group activities, Blueback Freediver\'s Squad weekly pool training and yoga sessions, camps, retreats and nature-based experiences guided and curated by our safety-orientated marine-science-trained team.
