Join us for this FREE eight week Pilates program, suitable for people of all abilities, including seniors and individuals living with disabilities.

Pilates is a series of strength and mobility based stretches and exercises that can improve posture, flexibility and balance. Practicing pilates can enhance your muscle and core strength, prevent injuries and assist with stress management and relaxation.
