This month we're supporting Feel Good Feb!

Feel Good Feb was created to encourage and inspire people to initiate random acts of kindness for their fellow community members. There has been extensive research to prove that ‘giving out good’ not only benefits the receiver but also increases the happiness of the giver. There’s mental happiness and physical benefits for all involved. It is a win-win situation!

Here are a few 'feel good' ideas:

  • Bring a healthy treat to friends or work
  • Compliment a friend
  • Have friends over for dinner
  • Spend time with someone who's just moved into town
  • Donate old clothing or items
  • Smile at someone on the street
  • Give someone a book you think they would like
  • Volunteer to help someone who is busy
  • Give up your seat on the bus or train
  • Plant a tree
  • Reduce pollution by getting public transport
  • Encourage a friend if you see them struggling
  • Call someone you haven't spoken to in a while
  • Put away someone's trolley
