Wild Flower Walk - Toodyay Town

Come join your guide Yani on an inspiring 2 hour wildflower walk & talk in a pristine 38 acre private bush setting near the Julimar Forest, a few minutes from Toodyay town.

  • Gather around to share a cuppa and chat upon arrival with the sounds of the bush and clean fresh air in an unspoiled forest setting.
  • Yani will introduce you to the little known world of wild flower essences.
  • Following on with a guided tour of his bush property where you can spot and photograph seasonal wildflowers and native plants that adorn the area.
  • If the weather is not favourable for a walk, there will be a delightful alternative to experience wild flower consciousness healing.

Date/Day: Ring up to book your group or put your name down to join in with another group. August to October/November depending on season. Any day with prior bookings
Times: Times can be made to suit each group depending on distance travelling and to fit in with their other activities attending in this area on the day

New research shows that acting, belonging and committing can prevent mental 'ill' health in older adults

This just released ground-breaking research showcased the results of a three year longitudinal study in Ireland. A team of international researchers from Spain, Denmark and Australia investigated whether Acting-Belonging-Committing prevented depression, anxiety and cognitive decline in people over 50. The results were very clear: they found the more people Acted, Belonged and Committed, the less likely they were to suffer from depression, anxiety and a decline in their cognitive functioning over those years.
