Sleepmatters 8-18 months

A program about the importance of sleep for you and your child.

 

Invitation to attend: for parents of children 8-18 months experiencing sleep and settling issues.

The program is 2 sessions of 2 hours each a week apart

We will cover:

  • Establishing good sleep patterns
  • Realistic expectations of sleep
  • Sleep and sleep settling strategies
  • Giving you confidence to assist your child to self

Date: Monday 12th and 19th May 2015
Time: 10.00am - 12.00pm
