Free Peace Education Program

Explore the possibility of personal peace and discover your inner resources - tools for living such as inner strength, choice, appreciation and hope.


The Prem Rawat Foundation's, Peace Education Program (PEP) is an innovative educational program that has been facilitated in a variety of educational settings with very positive results in the United States, South Africa, South America, New Zealand and Australia.

Prem Rawat is an international ambassador of peace who has received widespread recognition for his efforts in the area of personal peace. His message is simple, that it is possible for each human being to enjoy personal fulfillment.

The program consists of ten hours of workshop material focused on a selection of core themes from Prem Rawat's international addresses.

The ten workshop themes are:

  • Peace
  • Appreciation
  • Inner Strength
  • Self-Awareness
  • Clarity
  • Understanding
  • Dignity
  • Choice
  • Hope
  • Contentment

Each workshop includes several video segments, time for reflection, and accompanying reading material. Each participant receives a workbook that outlines the material in each theme and has space to record reflections. The program is about individual self-discovery; something that is unique to each person.

This is a non-profit program run by Peace Education Program volunteers.

There is no charge but donations to help cover costs are welcomed.

New research shows that acting, belonging and committing can prevent mental 'ill' health in older adults

This just released ground-breaking research showcased the results of a three year longitudinal study in Ireland. A team of international researchers from Spain, Denmark and Australia investigated whether Acting-Belonging-Committing prevented depression, anxiety and cognitive decline in people over 50. The results were very clear: they found the more people Acted, Belonged and Committed, the less likely they were to suffer from depression, anxiety and a decline in their cognitive functioning over those years.
