The Mental Health First Aid courses run by ANDRISMARK are an accredited, 2 full day, workshop suitable for people who may have some connection with mental health + suicide prevention issues and desire some more knowledge in this critical field. We are also able to arrange relevant content and suitable dates for specific organisations preferring customised, MENTAL HEALTH LITERACY (MHL) training workshops, e.g. 1 day courses for organisations where staff time and budgets are limited. The presenter, ANDREW MARKOVS, is an experienced MHFA Principal Master Trainer and is well known throughout the Great Southern Region for his passionate work in the preventative mental health field. Andrew has experienced his own mental health journey over the past decade and is well qualified to facilitate a deeper understanding of this important topic.

Garth, a career firefighter, has been involved with Act-Belong-Commit as campaign ambassador since 2013 and very much lives and breathes the Act-Belong-Commit ethos.
