A, B, Chi: Chi Ball Classes

ChiBall is like Tai Chi - but with a twist! The "Energy Moves" class is a holistic "mind and body" well-being program.

It combines the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), colour-therapy, aromatherapy and relaxing music with the movements of Tai Chi Qigong.

The gentle, and simple, exercises are practiced with a variety of coloured ChiBalls, which have each been infused with a matching essential oil to restore balance and promote healing.
